1.2. In case you feel that the service details provided to you or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Support Team within 24 hours of account activated. The Support Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
1.3. Sharemoney, constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement in its present form without exception and also includes acceptance of any future revisions to the same. If the user is dissatisfied with the services provided by our project then the sole and exclusive remedy available to the user is to stop using the services and to terminate the Sharemoney account, under intimation to Sharemoney in writing.
1.4. Sharemoney also reserves the right to terminate the services to the user in case of any of a number reasons, including but not exclusive to-negative email address verfication, non payment, violation of any terms of this agreement, usage of the service for any illegal or immoral activity etc.
2. Refund Policy.
2.2. In case any user is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of account activation.
2.3. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
2.4. Sharemoney does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the user, if user withdrew any amount from the system.
