1. General Information.

1.1. We have a total and unwavering commitment to the safety and security of users funds. Users balances are kept in accounts and not used for operational expenses. This ensures that your funds are always available for you to cash out in accordance with our banking and security procedures.
1.2. Cashout methods offered are dependent on your country of residence. Please note, we reserve the right to use additional eligibility criteria to determine the cashout options users may be offered at any given time.

2. Cashout Policy Details.

2.1. Cashouts are automatically credited back to any and all of the following methods that you have used to make deposits, in the following order:

  • OKPay
  • Bitcoin
  • Payeer
  • Perfect Money
2.2. Cashouts are first processed back to the method(s) used to activate your account. We apologize if our cashout policy is an inconvenience, but this is a security feature designed to protect our users against fraud. It ensures that no one can profit from misuse of another's account.
2.3. If your withdrawals exceeds the total amount you've paid to activate your account that we are able to redeem, or you've used a method of activation payment not listed above, you may have the other options to receive your funds.

3. How to Make a Withdrawal Request.

3.1. To make a withdrawal request, login to your Sharemoney Profile and visit the Withdrawal section. Next, select the 'Payment method' button. Input payment details, the amount you'd like to cash out and choose 'Confirm'.
3.2. The information below will describe how your cashout will be processed. This is only an estimation of how your funds will be disbursed. We cannot guarantee that your cashout will be processed exactly as described, as this estimation does not take into account any temporary connectivity problems with outside processors or any issues pertaining to accounts outside of our control.
3.3. If you will see that the card or account designated to receive your cashout has been cancelled or has expired, please contact The Support Team.
3.4. In order to protect against collusion and fraud, a 48-hour delay may be imposed on cashing out from your activation payment. If so, please allow 48 hours from your activation payment before requesting your withdrawal.
3.5. In order to protect against collusion and fraud, withdrawals to OKPay, Payeer, Bitcoin, Perfect Money, will be processed from a few minutes till 24 hours.
3.6. Withdrawals processed to credit card will be sent for processing within 72 hours. Please allow 3-10 business days after your withdrawals has been processed for the funds to appear on your statement.
3.7. An email notification from us will be sent to you confirming each transaction made within your Sharemoney Account. Always refer to your confirmation email after you've made a cashout to confirm how your funds were processed.
3.7. In special cases, additional information may be required for a withdrawals to be processed. From time to time it may also be necessary to withhold users withdrawals for fraud reviews, which are routinely carried out in order to ensure safety and security of our services.
